Job Description

Work Shift:
7:00am - 5:30pm
10-hour shifts/4 days per week
Performs accurate filling of flower products, edible products and concentrate products ensuring compliance with companies Standard Operating Procedures and Cannabis Control Commission Regulations
Fulfills the timely completion of production records and reporting tools
Under the direction of the Packaging Manager, fulfills the expected production levels with safe and sanitary practices
Responsible for reporting any potential contamination or unsafe practices to the Manager immediately
Upholds the values and ethics of Bountiful Farms
Education and Experience
Minimum of a High School Education or GED
Must be 21 year of age or older
Exceptional attention to detail
Punctuality is of the upmost importance
Desire to produce high quality products is necessary
Working Conditions
Must be able to sit/stand for 10-hour shifts.
The person in this position will constantly be exposed to dust, terpenes, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree
Must be able to work on weekends or alternate shifts
Frequent walking, bending, and stretching
Repetitive use of hands and fingers.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

The Custodian is responsible for keeping the building and property in clean and orderly condition.
Scrubs, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms
Cleans and sanitizes common areas such as the employee lunchroom
Performs heavy cleaning duties
Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment in designated areas
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors
Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers
Gathers and empties trash and recycling
Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions.

Education and Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
Works well independently
Working Conditions
Ability to stand, reach, bend, squat, and walk for long periods of time
Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights
Ability to perform repetitive motion for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in awkward positions and up to 100 pounds in normal lifting positions
Consistently work in an environment with possible exposure to dust (kief) and strong cannabis odors (terpenes), as well as cleaning product odors
Work Schedule: Tues - Sat, 6:00AM - 10:00AM
