The Post-Harvest Technician is responsible for handling day-to-day tasks pertaining to post-harvest production. This position requires flexibility in assisting with all stages of the post-harvest production including, but not limited to harvest, fresh frozen, hanging and taking down plants in Dry Room, trimming, curing, METRC data entry, burping, cleaning rooms, green waste disposal and tracking. When it comes to daily tasks, this position will be flux and requires flexibility/ adaptability to assist within the scope of work (SOW) across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality control. Ensures daily production schedule and goals set by leadership are fulfilled with meticulous care.
• Able to work with different strains, styles, and varieties of marijuana. Ensure that switching up of techniques is done when needed to make sure the highest quality is being produced.
• Able to trim 2-3 pounds of cannabis flower in an 8 to 10-hour trim shift while maintaining a high-quality product (approximately 4 ounces per hour on average).
• Able to accurately label, hang and take down plants in dry room.
• Ensure waste is properly stored, either in the Green Waste Bins or the General/Non-Green Waste Trash Bins.
• Weigh, record, and dispose of Green Waste accurately. Perform plant destruction and plant waste destruction in compliance with department standard operating procedures and state and local laws
• Employees must manage their time during work efficiently to meet goals set for them by management.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; including deep cleaning of all equipment, rooms, and areas as well as adhering to all sanitation practices concerning handling of plants or product according to Company procedure.
• Monitor, clean, and maintain all post-harvest equipment and ensure it is operated safely in its intended manner.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation regulations and safety standards in the production of all extracted products produced by the company as set in the company's Policy and Procedure Manuals
• Proficient to advance in METRC and CCC regulations.
• Report any identifiable contamination or unsafe practices to the Manager immediately.
• Be familiar with all PPE requirements and sustain personal hygiene.
Education and Experience
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product.
• A passion for cannabis
• Able to demonstrate sound judgement and problem solving.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
• Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
• Able to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and METRC
• Minimum 1 year of cannabis experience or transferable knowledge
• Reliable transportation to work.

Working Conditions
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10-hour shifts. Combination varies and is required throughout the shift.
• Frequent climbing, crawling, and reaching (including overhead reaching).
• Constant movement of hands/fingers and limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
• Constantly positions self throughout task at hand.
• Frequently ascends/descends a ladder/scaffold to inspect/maintain/ work with plants.
• Occasionally operates power hand tools and other cultivation machinery.
• Must be able to inspect and detect quality deviations and defects.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds required.
• Use of sharp objects including scissors and razor blades
• Constant exposure to dust, terpenes, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure.
• Schedule: Full-time. 5 x 8 (Mon-Fri, 7am -3:30 PM. OFF: Saturday, Sunday) work schedule as assigned. Generally, weekdays only but an occasional weekend day may be required.

The Cannabis Coach is the front-line information specialist to our patients. We have high expectations of the Cannabis Coach to provide the highest-level patient experience delivered with care and respect. Education consultation is critical for our patients to make the most informed decision whether they are experienced cannabis consumers or new to the experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Greet patient and caregivers with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Intimately understand the Bountiful Farms’ line of products to help our customers make the most informed decision
• Understand the patient’s needs to assist them in choosing the delivery method mechanism that best first their needs
• Advise patients as to the compliance and regulatory requirements in dispensing and consuming cannabis products
• Provide a personal experience that is caring and nonjudgmental
• Be able to provide the basic understanding as to the lifecycle of growing, processing, and consuming cannabis safely to the patient
• Able to accommodate flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Desire to present Bountiful Farms with the highest level of professionalism
Schedule: Days Vary, 9:30am-7:30pm
Projected Pay: $21.00/hour
Education and Experience
Education and Experience:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Dedication and passion for patient care
• Intermediate computer and cash transaction skills
• Proven experience delivering customer service; prior customer service experience in cannabis is a plus
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner
Working Conditions
Physical Abilities:
• Ability to walk, stand, or move freely on the dispensary floor for prolonged periods of time
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Must be flexible with availability to cover shifts.
