Trim and manicure the cannabis flower
Ensure waste is appropriately stored either in the plant trash bins or the general/non-plant trash bins
Monitor, clean and maintain all trim and packaging equipment
Operate all equipment safely and in its intended manner
Ensure compliance at all times with all sanitation regulations and safety standards in the production of all extracted products produced by the company as set by the company's policies and standard operating procedures
Follow projected weekly schedules to ensure there is proper coverage based on the business needs
Report any instances of identifiable occurrence of mold, mildew, seeds, pests, or pathogens to the processing manager

Our cannabis coaches are the front line information specialists to our patients. Greet patients and caregivers with a positive and welcoming attitude

We are seeking multiple cultivation technicians to tend to the recently expanded Tier 3/ Indoor cultivation facility. All applicants should have knowledge of horticultural practices. Needs to be self-motivated and have a desire to learn and expand their knowledge. Must have high attention to detail. Must be able to maintain workflow with standard operating procedures. Must maintain a safe and clean work environment. Must adhere to compliance with all CCC, MDAR, and internal quality controls and standards. Must have a high degree of flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a passion for cannabis as well as individual growth and development in this industry.
Ensures daily production schedule and goals set by Cultivation Managers are fulfilled with meticulous care
Caring for the cannabis garden observing plant health and conditions including proper watering/ dry backs, substrate Ph, E.C. and reporting issues that may exist such as environmental issues/nutrient deficiencies etc
Keeping scrupulously accurate records through excel applying incredible attention to detail in observing and inspecting the plants
Assists in all aspects of cultivation operations including from cloning, vegetative growth flowering, transplanting, trellising, pruning, bottoming, toping, shaping, spacing and overall canopy management/ maintenance
Assists in the setup, monitoring and maintenance of irrigation systems and environmental controls
Performs plant destruction and plant waste destruction in compliance with the General Manager of Cultivation’s SOPs and state and local laws
Accountable for accurate tracking and logging of all plants by utilizing the inventory tracking systems
Proficient to advance in METRC and CCC regulations
Maintains a high level of cleanliness of all Cultivation Equipment, Rooms and areas as well as sanitation practices concerning handling of plants according to Company procedure
